Basic version with 15kg carrying load, 1.5m reach, for applications with demand for precise positioning of the cleaned part inside the machine. It replaces slower and less reliable conveyor-belts and stowing mechanisms. Special kinematic architecture with parallel spherical wrist enables us to place all the vital parts of the robot including electrical drives and gears outside the cleaning chamber, which is contaminated by aggressive chemicals. Common industrial manipulators cannot be used for this task, it would lead to total failure of the robot or to significant reduction of its lifetime.
The robot is delivered along with a powerfull control system based on industrial computer platform including motion planning and control software.
Communication with supervisory SIMATIC controller via industrial ethernet protocol or fully automated centralized solution with single control system for the whole technology.
Optionally in four degrees of freedom version (without the parallel wrist) for operation of simpler machines.
